Default Online Excercise tools

Does anyone use a website to track their exercise activities? I just started going to the gym and would like to see if there is an online utility that I can use to track what I do each day at the gym.

My Daily Plate also has this. (thedailyplate.com) I've tried a few sites and it's my favorite for tracking.

I have a program called BWM on my treo. It tracks all the food you eat and your exercise. It has dishes from retaurants and food from the grocery store. You can set your goal weight and track it and your exercise over time. And it goes with you!
