Default Health Foods You Want To Try - Posting game

I thought it would be fun to list healthy foods we want to try with the nutrition content underneath. Then we all can come back to look for something good and healthy when we are lost at what to eat or tired of our current menu...

They can be single item foods like exotic fruits etc. or healthy recipes.

The rules are:
- no unhealthy fats
- no meal over 400 calories
- no snack over 200 calories
- state: "Snack" or "Meal" when posting
- item posting must contain:
calories, fat, fiber, carbs, sugars, vitamin content
(sodium too if you have it)

If you need help finding the details try google any of these nutritional data banks: calorie count, spark people, daily plate, calorie king

They also have recipe calculators on calorie count I know for sure. Basically you log in all the ings and it gives you a total ing summary. Nice!

Alrightly..now get posting!
