Hydroxicut (diet pill, exercise, calories, foods)

So when reading about pills like Hydroxicut and how it works I just get more confused. It says you should combine the pill with healthy foods, lots of water and exercise. Well, don't this things make you loose weight regardless, with or without a diet pill?
A REAL diet pill should require no exercise, no healthy foods just burn the hell out of those calories? Right?
Is it really just a scam?

Of course diet and exercise are the most important things. Hydroxycut is legal so its not going to be that effective for most ppl. If something works its taken off the market.

The only effective legal fat burner is Ephedra which you can still get but you gotta know where to find it. PPL think ephedra is dangerous but if used properly with caution its perfectly safe.
