Lean cuisine!
Not sure if anyone is interested. But I happen to like Lean Cuisine frozen entree diners. And I decided to take a swing by their website and came across their Wellness Tools Forum.....like just now!! lol Well, I plugged in my weight and height to find out my estimated BMI. Then it also gave me an estimated daily caloric intake for me to follow in order to safely lose weight. I was also given the option to choose a meal plan most convenient for me. I chose one that would allow me to add fruits, veggies and snacks. It even has a weight tracker and fitnees planner too. And all for FREE!!

Thanks for that info. I am using them for some of my meals
for my diet right now. The chicken & pasta with basil cream sauce
is good.

Lean cuisine is disgusting overprocessed frozen food loaded with sodium, additives and preservatives. Not to mention, after you eat it can't seem to remember if you ate it or rubbed it all over your face. Furthermore, it gives you irregular bowel movements because of all the junk in them.
If you ever go to the grocery store and notice who buys their little boxes, you will notice that it's all fat people. Want to know where all of the healthy people are? In the produce section.
It amazes me that in this day in age with all the technology and information at our finger tips that we can't learn what food is actually good for us.
WHOLE FOODS, NATURAL FOODS. FOODS THAT COME OUT OF THE GROUND, NOT A MACHINE.
It's too bad that Americans fall for the advertising they see on tv. TV is there educator and a commercial never lies.
Look at people who are ripped, in great shape and feel great. I guarantee you that they aren't eating frozen dinners like Lien Cuisine or Healthy Choice.

Good grief.....
Nothing wrong with a few a week along with a salad .
They are a great option for a portion controlled meal.
They have sodium, fat and calories marked so it is much better
than the huge entrees at restuarants where you don't know the calories.
Are you a troll???

I agree with Oleo to an extent, though the way he/she said it was rather abrasive. Yes, Lean Cuisine is pretty much junk. However, for those who have a hard time with portion control it's better than the alternatives, like going for a big mac & fries. Besides, I don't think having one a couple times a week would hurt much. I've never seen Cause of Death: Lean Cuisine on a death certificate. Most things are fine in moderation. BESITOSDECOCO- Good luck on your weight loss!

A few times a week? God that is gross...
Yeah, I'm a troll who gave you a way better alternative instead of eating that junk.
Seriously, go to the grocery store and see who is buying them. It's usually old fat people and mostly women.
People who are healthy, look great and feel great eat: WHOLE NATURAL FOODS
I never said anything about going out to eat. Stop going out to eat! Fix your own food!

Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers and Healthy Choice are all very bad for you. You would be better served eating a pint of Ben and Jerrys.

Sorry, but I am one of those "lean" people you are talking about. I am within normal weight and I workout almost every day. But over the holidays I tend to overindulge and having Lean Cuisine a few times a week gets me back on track. It helps me refocus on the proper portion sizes as well as gives me a boost on my after holiday diet. Once I lose a pound or two, I go back to my regular lunches. Better than Slim Fast for sure and tastes a whole lot better.
I am a big produce person and eat lots of healthy, low fat foods. But sometimes you need a little extra help. Nothing wrong with that.
