Default Join us for a 10 pound challenge in time for Easter

My cousin and I decided to lose a pound a week
so we will be 10 pounds lighter by early April.
Our goal is to walk daily even if it is a short walk
and do 20 sit ups per day.

Join us and we can all encourage each other.
Use our goals or set your own.

I will join you in this challenge, though my personal goal is a little higher. Kelly237, if I may make one suggestion, adding activity to your goal is awesome, but add some sort of food goal also. For instance, cut back on fast food instead of three times a week only 2, or cut back on cokes. Exercise works best when you make healthier choices when you eat

Good idea!!
Your post was funny timing because I had a chicken biscuit and diet coke this morning. I only do that about once every 3 months so I am not sweating it. For me I am working to get more veggies and fruits into my day. I think I will set a goal of 7 servings of fruits/veggies.
I figure everyone can share the1 pound per week goal and then have their own other personal goals .
Lets say
1) lose 1 pound per week
2) your own personal exercise goal
3) your own personal heathy eating goal.

If you are going to have the chicken buscuit take the bottom off. Cutting a FEW carbs and most of your sugar will help dramatically!
