I struggle with IBS and have a hard time eating correctly. So many things put my colon into a twist. I am 5'0 and have always carried a lot of muscle. My friends tell me I am small but like so many women, I think my "gut" is not what I'd like it to be...have less fat. This drives me nuts because I know it has a lot to do with what I can and cannot eat. Vegatables is one issues.
I love to lift weights and work out in the gym. Any advice would sure be appreciated.
Thank you.

Jill

Have you heard of this book?:

"Eating for IBS? 175 delicious nutritious, low-fat, low-residue recipes to stabilize the touchiest tummy?" Try searching online for a copy.

Author is Heather Van Vorous. She has IBS herself and developed this book based on do's and don't and which foods were safe, which ones weren't. She wrote it because she said her doctors offered her no help and gave her conflicting advice...
