I struggle with IBS and have a hard time eating correctly. So many things put my colon into a twist. I am 5'0 and have always carried a lot of muscle. My friends tell me I am small but like so many women, I think my "gut" is not what I'd like it to be...have less fat. This drives me nuts because I know it has a lot to do with what I can and cannot eat. Vegatables is one issues.
I love to lift weights and work out in the gym. Any advice would sure be appreciated.
Thank you.
