If you like Venom you'll love the Bovine Urine Extract Diet. The hormone-free version costs a bit more but it works wonders. There is no need to exercise on this diet as you'll be busy burning calories while collecting the cow's urine.

Yes...well the dexatrim version and one of the mega T. Both made me jittery and weird. Didn't both my s.o. though but he drink a lot of caffeine. I found a cheaper alternative that I actually like. Just have your breakfast with some fat and a multivitamin with a b-complex (no B vitamins if you have blood pressure meds/issues). Milk is an easy one to take. Get your shower so it get a chance to digest (about 20-30 minutes) Have 2 glasses of water and then chug a black coffee. (Iced if you have to). Its better than any diet pill and cheaper too. Plus no wondering about the etcs in the pill.
I do suggest to get a darker roast coffee for this because it will be easy on the tum. If you feel that its not working try a light roast with 2 tbs of cream.
(real cream not diet)
But you do want to wait between vitamin and caffeine because it affects absorption of some vitamins. Multi-vitamins and B-Vitamins in paticular help supress the appetite because the body is getting energy and nourishment.
When you are hungry for food its the body's signal that it needs nutrition. Not calories alone. But its also why our inner animal reaches for high calorie snacks. All natural/non processed high calorie foods can be very dense in nutrition. Our modern high calorie processed versions of food are not packed with the nutrition. If you want to look up just to see..Check out how many good things are in nuts. They are all natural and high calorie for the size. But full of good stuff for you. Veggies are too..but they are so low calorie the calorie hunger part of the body makes you want more. Which leads me to believe that veggies are the best food out there. Granny's "eat your veggies" rant rings through time!
SO fight that beast with brains! (and vitamins )
