Most definetly! I snack on almonds when I need a crunch during the day. I have to be careful with drinking coffee after mid-day though and I don't use cream in my coffee.
I don't get jittery from the mega-T, it has a mild energy boost but doesn't last long. Maybe a couple hours. But I am finding that because I get up so early in the morning, eat, take a pill with water, that I'm not eating as late as night as before and feel alot better when I go to bed at night.
