Has anyone used vitabot before?

In the process of using it I am finding that my diet is consisently deficient in potassium [my blood levels have been fine] in that I am not getting the RDA of 4.7 grams. I have a list of potassium rich foods and using this program it is pretty much ZERO processed food which is fine with me but even doing 4-5 fruits a day and the same for vegetables........it is hard.

It seems to bump it up I have to eat far more celery and blackstrap molases than I care to [the premise of vitabot is to balance vitamins and minerals as well as other nutrients without taking pills]

Overall I find the program a bit limited in the selection of foods and am not sure I agree on the Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio ---- kind of low on the Omega 3's if you ask me .....I know too many of either can be bad but I thought a 1:1 ratio would be better ........ it is about a 1:5 ratio.

On the upside - my ankle which has always been a bit swollen due to surgery [fractured fibula with a plate] is back to normal size now and I actually feel better on this program.
