To address some of your points:
With that type of mindset, Im surprised that you are not 40-50 pounds overweight but you are well on your way. I am not overweight and never was. So clearly I am doing something right. And no, I don't have good genes. Both my parents and my brother are overweight.
You may have simply been lucky so far. You say you work out only 2-3 times a week and love to snack, and are unwilling to modify your diet when your weight loss goal indicates to me that you almost certainly should.

Wake up early and go running/jogging while kids/husband still sleeping. I wake up at 5:30 every morning because that's when my baby wakes up. Is that early enough for you?
The baby has to sleep sometime. Exercise then, or maybe get a head start on a healthy dinner.

Buy some dumbells and do lunges, squats, overhead presses during kids nap time. Get yoga mat and do yoga and situp routines from Youtube.
I don't need to do any of that at home because, as I mentioned in my original post (which you clearly did not read), I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.
If you are unhappy with your current weight/appearance, then I think Lao gave you good advice. If what you are doing is not enough, then you need to do more.

Please don't teach me about life or healthy lifestyle or how to raise my kids or any of that. What are you? Dr. Phil? Unless you can tell me how to loose 3 lbs a month between now and April, please don't bother posting.
People here have already told you how to do that. I will reiterate: Eat less and exercise more. Not my problem if you do not like the answer, but Lao is right.

Good luck.

Just remember your April deadline--obviously you're going to be seeing some people you want to impress--think of them when you want to carbo/fat load--think of their eyes widening in admiration for your gorgeous figure when you see them in April, rather than their evil little hamster minds thinking, god, she looks awful.

Exercise has a different meaning when you are between your 20s-30s-40s than when you are 60 plus, oh dear at this age it is not that easy, mind and body seem not to agree most of the time, so cutting down the food is the main way to lose some weight. Well, that is my experience.
