My cousin takes it, shes lost 25 pounds in like 2 months. Not a Scam. wow i thought i would never say that lol.... but very expensive to ship like $35 bucks and pills are like 15 bucks for a bottle |

i strongly disagree.
most people think that a diet supplement will make them lose weight. a supplement will only aid a solid weight-loss diet and training regiment.
i took a look at goodliness, and it does not look good. |

I don't even see where these things are sold in the US. Mostly it is a lot of ginseng.
Like anything else, eating right and exercising are going to be the key to losing weight. All of that ginseng will give you more energy.

Like other posters are saying... diet and exercise are key. I've lost 23 lbs in the last month or so with a change in my diet, exercise and supplements, but supplements I am needing to replace protein.
I think back to the slim fast days...lol what a waste of time and money. I sit here now and think...what if I had done this all those years ago. I guess it wasn't my time.

I understand that protien is a huge item for losing weight meaning you need a good supply of it and less carbs. Can you tell me what supplement your taking I seem to have trouble getting enough protien in my system |

well I've tried it.. until now im using it... at first it was so impressive... I became amazed of how much my waistline dropped and my weight ... I gained my desired wight in a snap in less than 1 month... so i stopped and I began to crave for food again... I used it for 3 months on and off .. now is my 4th motnh and I noticed my body's immunity to it... It's not effective anymore....
