I hate my neighbors. Remember when the harassed my boxer? Well, now we have another issue.
They have 12 cats---yes 12. Uneutered and unspayed.
And of course now we have kittens!!! Wouldnt be a big deal if the kittens weren't on our property which means every time I let my dogs out they chase them. (Still no fence yet because of my money problems) Now techincally these kittens belong to these people but they let them run wild. What would you do? If I take them to the animal shelter am I taking these people cats? As in my previous post I can't go talk to them, it doesn't work.

call AC and ask for traps..
AC will come and get all cats trapped .. and they dont give back pets that aren't UTD on shots and tags .. all they has to be done first then the pet gets to go home .. yes thats legal and fair to the cats .. and it also lets AC get close enough to check for cat hoarding.. .. say nothing just get the traps brought out and let the sh*t fly

Yes that is correct...you can legally set the humane traps provided by AC and they will pick up the animals. The traps do need to be set a certain distance back from the common property line in some areas. AC will advise you, if you choose to go this route.

Sorry you are having these problems...my last house was across from what was IMHO a cat hoarder and I know the problems it caused with my dogs.

Take them to the shelter. You have kittens in your yard and you have no idea where they came from. You're worried that your dogs will harm them and can't seem to locate mama cat or any owners. That's the story I'd use!

Our AC said cats were free wanders.

That is why the neighbor to the east shoots the cats of the neighbors to the north.

He has show cars, they walk on them after he works for hours.

He has talked to the cat breeders.

I hate it but, can't think of anything eles to tell him.

And of course, he would say he does not shoot them.

My SO and neighbor want to shoot them
Me? Not so much.
They are a HUGE nusiance but they are still living things. Once one of them got into my car at night when I accidentally left my window down and peed in it. Now my car smells like cat pee.
I wish these neighbors would just MOVE. Our neighborhood would be perfect then!!!

They keep any cats in the house? Animal control would be #1 but if they do crap call Department of Natural resources say got a ***** load of feral cats coming into my property and let them handle it and tell them it is the neighbors breeding them. They talk puppy mills and not letting dogs loose why cannot they do same for cats which produce more and quicker?

If these people rent, complain to the property owner.
