3 weeks ago, we found out that our local grass-fed butcher was going to be slaughtering pigs this week. So, we placed an order to ensure we can get some fresh organs for the Pork (Pork for Pork, ha!). Today, we picked up some very fresh pig hearts, liver and kidneys. PC could barely contain his excitement and waited very patiently for daddy to cut it up for him (we don't give him too many organs in one sitting). This pig was slaughtered a couple of days ago, I've never seen meat this fresh!
