And we are just so excited!!!

I think we have everything for him, just waiting on 2 items to come in the mail (his crate will be here Wed and his play pen/yard on Thurs).

The kids had so much fun picking out toys and we purchased his matching collar, harness and leash along with his poopie bags. Today we finally decided on a name for him and we had his name tag engraved with "Finnley".

I had my husband make his "poopie place" outside which is just a 12" high white picket fence area with mulch for ground cover. The fence is in the shape of a "V". The pup will hopefully learn that he goes there (we are going to take him to that place each and every time).

My kids and I are making a decorative leash/collar hook personalized with his name so we can hang them up in the foyer.

We have been planning and looking for so long and we all just want Thursday to get here already!

He's such a smart little guy too. The vet already had him learning "fetch" and said he was getting the hang of it.

Wish us luck!!!

Here's some pics of our little guy:

They said he's a Golden with a little Lab mixed in.

Thank you! My kids have not seen him yet other than the pictures. The vet had 4 puppies and with 4 children I was afraid everyone would want a different puppy

I went ahead and met all of them and decided which would be a good fit for our family.

The kids are just beyond excited and keep asking "when?". They are counting down the days and so am I!

I'm going to need your address, y'know, so that I can come over and play with that beautiful pupper. With four kids, you won't even notice me. And I'll even clean up after myself.

Finnley's gorgeous; he really is. Have the BEST time with him.

What a cutie! Congrats on the new puppy, and get all the rest you can right now. Well, as much as you can with 4 kids. We just got a new pup yesterday, too. Good luck!!
