He is adorable! Thanks for giving him a home. I am owned by a Ridgeback mix, which by no means makes me an expert, but I don't see Ridgeback in your little guy. Does he have whorls and a ridge on his back? Maybe he just has a cowlick?
I agree with the others who see Collie or Sheltie and Shepherd...though something about his ears makes me think field mouse or deer
Wow...whatever he is, he's certainly a beautiful pup! Thanks for taking him in, and may you have many wonderful, happy years of love, good health, and companionship together!
What a beautiful baby! God Bless you for homing him. From his looks, my guess would be part husky/wolf/shepard, like others have said. That face....shape, minus those wonderful big ears and those legs and paws!!!! What a gorgeous boy.
I had a husky that was not far removed from her wolf heritage, if removed at all. Just looking at my Lady and you knew she was wolf. Until my Mickey, best "dog" I have ever had.
I like Jax. LOL reminds me of "our" Jax here on CD!
Shelti and ??????
Cute poochie..........
LOVE THE BIG EARS!
