Coming up on the year end, I've been doing a lot of reflecting. We have had a good year but it hasn't been without loss and some worry. In all, its my dogs that have gotten me through the hard days. I'd like to share with you a small list of things they have taught me.

Let go of the wrongs done to you in your past. Happiness can be found if you live for today.

Every day is a good day when it is spent with those you love.

Patience may be a virtue but persistence will get you what you want. You only fail when you stop trying.

Approach everything you do with enthusiam. Not only will it make things easier but it is also contagious. Others may well join you when it looks enjoyable.

Appreciate and be grateful for even the small things in your life. Look at life as a series of gifts given and received and you will always have joy.

and finally.....

Share your love through your actions instead of your words. Its easy to say I love you but showing your love means so much more.

Happy Holidays everyone and the best to all of you for the new year!

~Va-Cat~

More wags and kisses, less bark.

Merry Christmas to all.

A bark is just a dog's voice. Haven't you ever talked to yourself?

I thought I could maybe add something to this but after wracking my brain there is just no way. VA-Cat you said it all. If I could just be as wonderful as my 3 babies think I am I would be the best person in the world.

I think that would be a good one to add...try to be as good a person as my dog thinks I am.
