Can you help me identify the breed of this dog from the shelter? She's 44 lbs at 2 years old with fairly fluffy fur. I'm sure she's a mix--maybe some Australian shepherd?

Appreciate any thoughts!

German Shepherd annnnnd........where did the folded ears and slight mottled coloring come from? Yes, could be Aussie.

The coloring on her face almost look like a "brindle" kind of coloring. That's not breed specific though. I vote German Shepherd and Aussie mixed with....pit bull maybe?

I vote GSD and Aussie, maybe Catahoola. She sure is cute and I bet she's super smart.

I'm not seeing the bully breed at all.
A body shot would help.

To me she looks like a Sable GSD mix. A body shot would be good.

The face looks all German Shephard except the ears as others have noted. The 44 lbs throws me off, it must have been a GSD mixed with something pretty small to have one that light.

She looks a lot like my friend's dog that is Corgie and German Shepherd mix. Does she have a squatty body?
