Her name is Ban, and she was reunited with her owner! Supposedly there is video of it, but I haven't seen it yet.

There is no possibility that this dog was at sea for three weeks. First, it would have died after just 3 or 4 days without water. Second, it would have lost a lot of weight.

The dog may have recognized his owner's former home floating out to sea and swam out to it recently, but there is no chance that he could have been at sea for three weeks.
