That would be absolutely fabulous! We are unfortunately at canine critical mass here or I might consider him too. The poor boy. He does need someone that will love him and show him that there are still good people in the world. Let us know if you do adopt him! Oh....I really hope you do!!!!!!!!!
And just think: these people probably did these things not only b/c they knew that they would get away with it but then b/c they actually did. The laws remain the same, and nothing changes.
I just got off the phone with the shelter and I am heading up there this afternoon!!
Every finger, toe and paw is crossed here in Houston hoping that he is a good fit for you and your crew. Please let us know how it goes. We are all rooting for you and Dasher!!!
dasher's story is similar to one of my passenger's a few months ago.... heck, they even resemble each other.... she was shot in the head, lost an eye and only able to open her jaw about 2 inches..... but just wanted love love love.... she rode shotgun with me and was a perfect lady....... it just amazes me how dogs can be so forgiving of humans after having survived such horrific treatment........
Those pictures just tug at my heart. Do you know what happened to her?
