That is the lowest of the low, stealing someone's dog. There is something wrong about people like that.

Good job, granny! That's a somewhat bizarre way to steal a dog.

Reminds me of an incident several years ago...I was driving to work, it was raining and I saw a little black Pomeranian-type dog in the street. I stopped and picked it up, while I was checking the collar for tags, a little old lady came out of a nearby house and started screaming at me to give her dog back. Really screaming, she was pissed off! I was scared of her LOL...I handed her the dog (it was indeed hers) and left as quickly as I could. She clearly thought I was trying to steal her dog.

I would have yelled right back at her......"WTF is your dog doing in the middle of the street, B***h?!"
