It's a LONG story. He WAS the neighbors dog. He lived up here 99% of the time. Because he wasn't legally ours I couldn't do much. I do have tons of pictures of him. He & our female Rotty have been in love for 1-1/2 years. They adore each other. They are so darn cute to watch them.
