Leananshidex posted about this in the cats forum (thank you!).
This is very recent and sometimes recall info comes out slowly in dribs and drabs. The company involved sold these products wholesale for use in human and animal food. There's no information yet about what companies have used this product in manufacturing foods. If you find soy flour or meal as an ingredient in pet food or treats (or your own food) call the company to find out if they used Thumb Oilseed Producers' Cooperative products.
I found no soy flour or meal in my own pets' food but had a bag of Canine Carryout treats I take to the shelter. It listed soy flour as the third ingredient, so this stuff may be out there. (I'm NOT saying Canine Carryout is contaminated, I didn't check. It was a small amount so I just threw it out to be safe.)
