The front one is smooth (3 years old). The back one is rough (10).

And as you can see, neither can keep their mouths shut.

Ahh, snow seems to bring out the most joyful playfighting in dogs! I've got a nice little video of ours. Too bad you cant attach .mov files.

Actually Playing & Barking is NORMAL! How many People Cant shutup when they are Playing... Guess you never been to a football game ... People Cant Shut up when they are WATCHING!

Last time I went to the Movies Before Cell Phones! I had it Ruined for me cause people Couldnt Keep their Mouths Shut! I actully told one person I Wish I brought my Duck Tape just for her! She was sooo dumb her friend [who tried to get her to be quiet] had to explain it to her

Now you can train them to be Quieter... Same as 1st training them the word Quiet... then when they get too rowdy just say something like .... Thats enough Quiet! Give them so time outs to settle down. Like putting them on Down Stays for few mins. After awhile they will settle down & play quieter LOL

vinegar WILL hurt them if it gets in their eyes.

Yes it will but it only lasts a few seconds! My son been cought in the crossfire a few times LOL BUT You Dont aim for the Face! Its the Smell you want to get their attention! Water is Not used cause in the Ring the Only way to give a dog a drink is spraying water In their Mouth! & Most dogs think your play if its water alone! Vinegar also Taste Nasty YECK!

Lol...my dogs love the taste of vinegar, bitter apple spray, everclear, tabasco, and beer. The only smell they both can't stand is wine. We call it doggie repellant.

Meh. Not too worried about it. This is not a breed of chewers. They get through the puppy teething phase and then it goes away completely. Neither of them chew anything but their toys. In fact, the older one doesn't enjoy chewing at all...except on treats. The younger one likes her toys. They don't chew anything inappropriate. Except maybe the baby rabbits they catch...lol...
