You know, that was a lucky pup! It's a good thing all of that happened during the day when s/he could be seen.
If it had happened at night...it may not have been a happy ending. Hopefully they will find the owner and the pup will be home soon, if not with the media...perhaps it will get a new home quickly?
...and if the shelter is really lucky, a few extra people will stop by and adopt other cutie pa-tooties, because they came to look at this one? (Hey, it's the holidays, and I am wishful thinking, don't burst my bubble! (LOL)
I am just glad there were people around to help...and they did! Kudos to them!!!
