My pitties and my boy cats have the same loving, playful relationship. I don't let the dogs put their whole mouths around them, though. They're being gentle but accidents happen. My cats are, if anything, less gentle than that kitten was, tugging hard on their lips, ears, whatever. They couldn't care less. They adore the kitties.
I was interested to see the dog chewing on the kitten's fur. My dogs do that too. (One of the cats really loves it, like he's getting a massage. The other doesn't mind.) Do dogs do that with their puppies? At first I thought it might mean fleas, but they definitely don't have any critters living on them.

Why do people always ruin these type of videos with crappy music? It takes away from the cuteness.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Cutest video I've seen in a looooong time. The kitten's face around 2:44 and for a few seconds around that time is PRICELESS!!!

If those two lived in my house, I'd never get anything done. I'd just watch them all day long and laugh my face off.

PS to Fontucky: I love that song.

Loved that!! Very cute. I don't know if I could let the dog put the kitten in his mouth either but they did look like they were having fun.

Fontucky - Did you get up on the wrong side of the bed? I agree with D. Love that song. Go eat a brownie and listen again.

I almost always have my speakers muted so I had to watch it again. Well, it's not my favorite song but they synced the action up with it nicely. And this time I got to hear the kitten's ferocious roar at the beginning!
On second watching I also noticed the dog's dangly bits. I hope they don't let him loose.

Cute video but doesn't change anything about the breeding of Pitbulls.

Why is this forum so dominated by one obscure breed it seems?

There really aren't so many pit bull threads. And it may be an obscure breed where you are, but in many parts of the country it's one of the most common breeds of dog. I'm not talking just inner city, either. AKC numbers don't tell much about real numbers of dog breeds.
Anyway, let's not argue and just enjoy a very cute video.

LOL when the kitty did the "crab bounce" down the hall at the dog, I had to crack up. Thanks for a good laugh!

I agree, I love that video and I know there are many really nice Pits out there. It's too bad what's happened to the breed is all. This dog has a heart of gold, you can see that.
