yesterday, my other dog bit my lab puppy at the head part. And now, my puppy seems to be paralyzed. He cannot move his neck and legs, but he's been responding to treatments. I haven't check and asked my mom yet if my other dog has rabbis. I really don't know what to do right now. Can you help me?

the first thing you need to do is get the bitten pup to a vet. When you say he is responding to treatments do you mean he is being treated by vet?
Vet would first ask question if puppy has had any shots?

If you have not been to vet for any shots or care of this injury take the dog to emergency clinic right away. that is so important.

vet will want to know if biting dog has had shots. has he? do you know name of vet your family has used/ you can call them but probably nobody there till Monday or maybe even Tuesday.
Your mom is the one who would have taken the dogs for their shots and worming, etc. Did she? You need to rely on your Mom to take proper care of these pets if you have no transportation or money. Good luck.

I don't know yet if the other dog has taken shots but the puppy was just given to us by our neighbor and i bet that it hasn't taken any shot yet. My mom's not here as of the moment but i'll be talking to her about taking the pup to a vet. thanks though.

The puppy is paralyzed? What possible treatments could you be giving it that it is responding to? Please take the puppy to a vet now, don't let it suffer by talking to your mom about taking it to the vet you need to take action. You are caring for a living thing that can feel pain, it is your responsibility to care for it so it doesn't need to be scared and in pain. This makes me so terribly sad.

Of course something like this would happen on a holiday when most of the vets are closed but you'll likely have a 24 animal emergency center if you're in a big city.
