LOL and if I can get Kohla to stop chewing - you may definately have it back! Unfortunately, we had a little set back today. DH wanted to help me this evening while I was distributing the dogs' meds. DH got Kohla confused with Gator just long enough for Kohla to grab Gator's bread/med ball from DH's hand. Kohla quickly gulped down a large piece of bread smeared generously with peanut butter that had another dog's meds tucked in it. You guessed it...not only was I worried about the meds but Kohla also reacts strongly to both bread AND peanut butter. Only med he got of concern was Gator's 5 mg prednisone. Called our vet (I have his home phone number) about that and was told that its not a big enough one time does to worry about (thank goodness!) If anything, it might help to mitigate the allergy reaction. I'll know more tomorrow but it looks like the collar is staying on for a few more days Poor DH was scared he had hurt Kohla. He has told me that he wants me to dose the dogs by myself from now on. We will see about that. We all make mistakes!
