not even for "a few minutes". We may think it is spring and not too warm but it gets really hot in a car-even with windows cracked.
And if you see a dog locked in a car and about to be in distress try to stand by until the owner comes back and be ready to be ridiculed if you say something. If you actually see a dog in distress call animal control or the cops and say it is emergency and needs attention immediately.
