She must be very very sleepy.

I had dog fall asleep like that But they usually end up falling on their side or dropping their butt LOL

I have never seen a dog sleep like that but I did have a nephew that would fall asleep like that and we use to laugh and laugh at him. Too Cute!

Yes, very funny. I can't believe the posture can last long. It must be very tired, not to say take a rest.

Her tail is right there, you can watch more carefully, not hard to get her tail.

Never seen a dog sleep like that. When my fur-kids are in that position, they are initiating a roll in something nasty!
