My 5 month old english bully has nasal congestion and a lot of phlegm that he will gag on. When he chokes it up it's clear. He's been to the vet where they did a chest x-Ray and his lungs are clear. They ruled out kennel cough. He's sounded phlegmy and snotty for a month and a 1/2 since his surgery (bi-lateral cherry eye and stnoidal nares). I wonder if he has allergies. He's also teething and is getting canines and incisors all at once. I don't know if the two are related. His appetite is strong and his stools are normal. Any suggestions?
I'm not one to spend over $30 on a 2O lbs. bag of dog food, I have a 2 year old akc Labrador. And the American kennel assoc. told me Pedigree is one of the more nutritional dry foods for Labs. Ever since I switched from natural balance Remington has filled out, he is in emasculate shape, he weighs in at 136 ilbs and stands 5'4" on his back legs. The lack vet says he is one of the healthiest Labradors she had had the pleasure of calling a patient. The vet said I had made a wise choice on switching him to the pedigree.
