If anyone has seen Finding Nemo and recalls the red-haired girl in the dentist office...this will make some sense. Bree, the puppy Lab, has recently acquired the nick of Piranha (as in "I'm a Piranha"). Bless these puppy teeth, gads.

Roxie, the black Lab is called 'Nunkie' and 'Moose' quite a bit. Maxie, the chocolate Lab is affectionately known as 'Miss Insecurity'.

His name is Ammo. The only nicknames I can think of that we call him are "Ammo Kersplamo" and "Hammo".. not really sure why.. I also call him "Big chocolate turd" because he is just a big brown dog, haha.

Our 1-yr old GSD is Arya officially and "Cookie" unofficially. A couple of months ago, I started referring to him as "Cookie" affectionately and he responded to it *extremely* well (probably because "Arya" was used more often to correct him, and "Cookie" was used when we were cuddling up).
People still look at us a little weird when we're screaming "Cookie" after a 80-something lbs GSD

So many cute love names for these dogs..

Sasha was spaghetti Saash and applesaash among others.

Caesar is a big peke so my DH calls him puerco or the puerc. SIL says it means pork, we were calling him that before we were sure what it meant. I also call him BoBo and Crabbie, 2 of his toys he chewed up at a young age, he can chew a vacumn cleaner belt in half so all his toys have to be sturdy.

Henry's nickname is Sprocket since he's a dear ringer for the dog from Fraggle Rock.

All our pets get goofy nicknames. Recently, Josh the rat terrier became Joshua Crabtree... Joshua Tree as in the U2 album, and he's crabby towards the other dogs. Our chocolate lab is Bailey-Pie, so he gets called "The Pie" or "Chocolate Pie" a lot... and then we ask him if he is delicious. lol. Daphnie is now Daphnie Moon-Pie after the Frasier character, Niles Crane's wife. Bandit is often affectionately called El Bandito, "ito" is a diminutive in Spanish, but he's our largest and heaviest dog. We also call him Cow Dog.
