I'm no doctor, and I get that the bacterial infection needs to be dealt with, but won't an antibiotic without an antifungal med make the yeast worse?

The Vet also prescribed a yeast shampoo.

Have to admit the smell is less but still redness of the skin persists but the course of antibiotics isn't finished yet.
