Saw this and thought it was worth sharing. There is a lot of common sense in this artcle that unfortunately is missed some times when every day life interferes.....
Any form of cleaning...vacuuming, dusting, spray bottles, paper towels, Swiffers, brooms, all drive him nuts. If he had it his way, we'd be living in filth. I dread vacuuming, because it's non-stop barking and drooling for an hour, followed by a splitting headache and a strong drink (for me, that is).
I get her up from a sound sleep in a warm bed to go out and have a squirt before I retire for the night, which can sometimes be as late as 2 or 3am. I know she'll hold it waaaay past the time that's healthy for her.
She also hates a walk in the rain, but that's just tough toenails. The faster you eliminate, the faster you'll be back inside in front of that heat dish, young lady.
My BT hates to be kissed or picked up, also hates to sit in the back seat in the car and hates when I talk to the boxer and not him. He likes to lay beside me and loves to be petted & have belly rubs.
My boxer hates when I pay attention in any way to the boston.

I'm sure that I don't do anything to annoy Artie, or else he would have told me.
I know, though, that he's not pleased when I tell him that it's bed time. I mean, he goes to bed when I tell him, but he's not thrilled about it... until I wake in the middle of the night and let him come to the guest room with me. That, apparently, is fine with him.
I put her treats in the busy ball without breaking them up first. It takes longer for her to empty it out, which is kind of the point!
