I've gotten estimates from three Cosmetic Veterinarians, and all should be done for just under $10,000.

I'm tired of having and he's tired of being, an ordinary dog.
Hey do you think I can have all that done on ME for $10,000? I'd be a perfect candidate and I won't bite the doc or pee in my cage either. Maybe I can get a discount cause I don't need or want fake testicles.

Do you think anyone would go and have a tummy tuck procedure performed on their dog

Yes but the tattoo I saw here (or possibly on FB) was of a tan chihuahua w/ a huge tattoo covering its belly, it was really unsightly and I sure felt for the poor dog. I think the owner (guy) was holding it in the car or from a seat and you could easily see it

German Shepherds aren't a breed that is cropped.

All my dobes were cropped except one rescue...I wouldn't buy from a dobe breeder who doesn't have their puppies cropped prior to placement. TOO many of those dogs end up difficult to place if need be if they are not "medically complete".
And responsible breeders assume responsibility for puppies theyy have bred throughout their lives in the event an owner can no longer keep the dog.

My first GSD has a tatto (I think it is her AKC number) in one of her big beautiful ears.

For dogs that have many facial wrinkles and persistent uncontrollable infection in these wrinkles, a face lift may not be a bad idea.
