The next time your dog digs a hole in the backyard after watching you garden, don't punish him. He's just imitating you. A new study reveals that our canine pals are capable of copying our behavior as long as 10 minutes after it's happened. The ability is considered mentally demanding and, until this discovery, something that only humans and apes were known to do.

I think I'll make our dogs watch me empty the dishwasher and do the laundry.

Oh, wait. They already do that, religiously.

Slackers!!

I have never done any digging in front of my dog. He must be self taught.

I have a couple of pictures on my Pinterest board of dogs helping with the dishwasher.

We almost changed our dog's name to PreWash as she loves to hop in the dishwasher for snacks.

Garfie has never once offered to help work on the house or camps. He has supervised every time though.

I recorded part of Leno one night and the clip was about copy cats - a small dog on a treadmill. I have tried to upload it to photobucket but no luck - at least 4 times. It is a little over 18meg. What is another video hosting site that does not change its format every three days ???
