Sometimes Teddy's ears do this. The left one folds over, the right one remains normal for him (normal being "Cessna Ears" or "Flying Nun Ears"). It stays that way for hours. He doesn't paw at it or shake his head and both ears are clean. Any clue as to why it does this? Could it be the lab in his DNA making an appearance?

He does it to get your attention and because he likes having his picture taken.

The cartilage is probably weak or was broken in that ear. It's not big deal. I think it's adorable.

Ears are the same. Size. The left one just folds over sometimes.

That is known as a "rose drop" ear.

Not uncommon in many terrier breeds (and mixed breeds thereof).

I have a pup who has an ear that does that too...as far as I know, it is nothing to be concerned with.
