Nanners a week ago at a friends' beach house. She wouldn't go in the water, the big fraidy cat. But she did like the boat ride on the lake.

He's a beagle-catahoula mix. He has the beagle face, catahoula markings, and he's a little tall for a beagle, but has that basic body type. He doesn't do the beagle baying, thankfully, but he's an unstoppable rabbit tracker, and an inveterate food stealer. He's also shy when you first meet him, like a catahoula. But, yeah, tremendous energy, and can figure out how to get into (and out of) anything.

Thanks! He's gorgeous, but...challenging. He's a lot of fun, though.

ruiner, what a cutie!

i love nanners too, she looks so stoic. oh, all these dogs rule.

here's a video i made for a friend's kid (age 3) - she love dogs and i'm seeing them soon but i don't think i can bring sadie, so i made this video of her saying hi! i cued her to high 5 but i was so far away i think she got kinda confused, hence the bark. i think it turned out pretty cute though, with the bark and the paw. i probably shouldn't have given her a treat but oh well....
