This may sound weird, speaking of his face, but when he watches me he reminds me of Yul Brynner in The King and I.

The things we do for our 4-legged family members, right? None of them are spoiled - just extra loved.

LOL! Maybe it's that penetrating gaze of his. Wait. Let me change that to the penetrating gaze of 'theirs' since they sure seem to share one.

Schnitzel is one of my favorite words just because it sounds as if it should be the name of someone cute. Well done.

threerun...love this photo. Does the dog jump into the water willingly. I knew a GSD once who was afraid to jump in the water but would wade in. Funny huh?

Schnitzel will hit the water like a freight train! We've been out camping for a few days, I picked him from my friends place who has had him for two months doing some field work. On the way one of my friends who bought a pup from me (from Schnitzels litter) is headed on vacation, so I got him too! Us guys had loads of fun! Went to a reservoir and did some swimming, hiked around a ghost town, chased rabbits and slept well in the camper. Little pup had NEVER been in water swimming before- He saw dad (Schnitzel) fetching a bumper and wanted it too! First throw he swam right out there a retrieved a bumper!
Like father like son! I've got to download those pics of Dexter swimming then I'll post them up- too cute!
