I'd say boxer and black lab mix. The mouth and body color say boxer, and the head color and eyes say black lab.
Yup. That's what I see too. The pup has a Lab's head, and a Boxer's brindle coat.
It's very hard to tell at that age, though, and there are other breeds that have similar coats and head shapes.
I think she'll make a very nice dog if she always pays that much attention to you. She's really studying her person in that picture. Some dogs don't do that.
we recently got a new puppy (4 mos) from a local (MN) humane society that came from Oklahoma. Bentley's brother was also found and was at the shelter with Bentley and looked identical.
Wonder what Bentley might be? He is about 5 months now in these photos and weighs about 60 pounds. Seems to have some type of greyhound-ish physical appearance. Maybe some pit too? His ears seem to be working towards standing up on their own at times.
