Hi doggie parents!

I'm a cat person, and know almost nothing about dog stuff (other than they're cute and I love getting to play with the occasional dog.)

One of my friends is moving cross country, to my town, and he has a large dog. I know how stressful a new home can be on a pet, and was wondering if any of you knew of any calming spray/diffusers that work to help calm dogs. There's a similar product for cats and I've used it before in the past when my cats were facing a stressful situation (like introducing a new cat to the family) and had positive results.

Has anyone ever used anything like this? Did you get good results? Any tips/tricks? I was wondering if it might help the dog relax and enjoy the move/his new home a bit more.

Have you heard of the Thunder products? The most known is the Thundershirt, used to calm anxious dogs. I see they have a full line of other products now, too
