my pug was diagnosed with bone spurs in is back. The vet put him on predisone and Tramadol for 2 weeks he looks so sad and in so much pain hasn't ate in 2 days today will be 3 he drank a little water outside but is drooling badly..I'm freaking out ....Please help him anyone.

Call your vet back, or take him in. He is in pain.

How's your pup this evening? Everything you posted points to him being in pain. Maybe it's a matter of adjusting the meds...or perhaps it's time to get a second opinion with a board certified orthopedic surgeon.

Drooling is a sign of NAUSEA. You don't see drooling with pain you see quivering, shaking etc.

Go back to the vet he's going to need fluids so he doesn't get dehydrated and they'll change his pain meds to something else.

Also what do you mean drank water OUTSIDE?

He should be drinking a TON OF WATER on PRED. It's one of the side effects.

You DID follow the directions on the dosage, right? You cannot just STOP giving it to them. You wean it off in a very specific way.

GO TO THE VET.
