I usually try to avoid these stories, but my daughter told me about it, so against my better judgement, I read the story.

Warning - the first picture is disturbing (as is the whole story)

I saw a photo of her-but only the one. I'm glad she's getting better and getting loved.

Thanks for posting.

Who would do such a thing to a dog? Need to tape the guy's mouth shut for a week and see how he likes it!

As for the previous owner who sold the dog for 10 bucks on Memorial day to a complete stranger....
"Don't let me find you," the former owner said of the person who hurt the dog. "That's all I can say, don't let me find you because that's part of my family you just did some foul things to."

Can't be a big part of your family if you sold him for 10 bucks. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence would have contacted a local rescue/animal shelter, etc., first!

I've been following her closely, and post updates daily on my Facebook page. This story has gone global, and rightfully so. Caitlyn may be the catalyst to create further changes in animal cruelty laws and penalization.

I read this article again, and just trying to figure out why tape the mouth shut. Maybe a muzzle; although I don't personally like them, at least they don't harm the dogs if taken off to allow the dog to drink and eat. Just another example of someone moron this world does NOT need!

Many have speculated that the muzzle was taped like that so they could use her as a bait dog for fighting. Disgusting.

I really hope they step up and take care of this guy.

"The North Charleston man who taped a dog’s mouth shut laughed about it to the dog’s former owner, according to a court document."

Sick. Just sick.
