I strongly agree with everyone else. Please do not keep this dog confined in a room in her still new home and without you for five days with only three short periods of relief each day. That's a really good way to create a stressful dog who may develop anxiety you will then have to deal with for years...a very challenging issue and one that sends many dogs to the shelter. Find an excellent boarding facility...one with private rooms (not kennel runs with pacing, stressed, barking dogs in full view), music, individual play times with a staff member, etc. You will pay more but your dog will be more safely supervised and the cost will be so much less than what you will have to put up with if your dog develops separation anxiety as a result of the plan you are considering. Plus you won't have any worries about a stranger pet sitter having access to your home.
As others said, that is too long for a dog to be locked in a small room. Beagles also tend to get into and eat EVERYTHING, so that is cause for concern as well. I would find a local doggy daycare that offers overnight boarding.
