Sleddog905, you're welcome. I'm glad you found it helpful. Let us know what you decide. I work with a rescue group and we struggle with this issue, because we don't want to place intact dogs in adoptive homes, but there seems to be a legitimate concern about neutering too young.

I would think Dogs whether male or female lose a little something when you castrate them. If you cut off a mans testicles do you think he would be in disadvantage against a man with testicles. You lose testosterone and it probably messes with other chemicals in your brain. In my opinion it has to change the dog when you alter it especially if you are going to use it for performance.
