I so love the Flirt Pole. It's cheap to make, exercises the dog using a very small area, builds on toy drive for dogs not interested in toys and can be used with game rules to maintain/proof basic obedience. Was posting on another thread and decided it was good enough for it's own. Read and see all about it!

When I Min Pins & it got cold I couldn't take them outside I used a Cat toy on a stick to exercise them. This is the same thing but bigger & I cant see using it inside! Think Crashing lamps & other items!

For sure. If you watch the video you will see that it's designed for use outdoors in a small area. I'd sweater (and maybe boot) dogs like Min Pins in the cold and try it that way. They'd heat up pretty soon.

You can use it inside if you have a larger space but it is best outdoors, especially for bigger or older dogs. With high prey drive and momentum crashes would be inevitable and you don't want broken household items or an injured dog. It is excellent exercise and fun for the dogs.

I have one of these and my dog absolutely loves it! When I pull it out of the closet, he starts doing twirls.
