COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- An elderly Cookeville woman is recovering from injuries she sustained after being severely bitten by a Rottweiler while walking her granddaughter's dog.
I don't believe for one minute the dog ATTACKED them. The dog charged yes, and his size knocked them to the ground. Notice how it doesn't say anything at all about biting.
He injuries were probably from her elbows etc., hitting the ground. It's very easy to get knocked to the ground by a drivey dog even when your expecting the hit. They hit like train especially when they have a running start.
This is why I keep remotes on my dogs, they charge and will take a 250 man to the ground. They are extreme greeters.
