Sweet!

My weirdo has a few friends now too, it took her from 2-10 times meeting them (varied by dog) until she began acting right and not aggressing. She also is now OK with some male neighbors she formerly aggressed upon.

One neighbor guy, who owns no dogs but always brings crackers for everyone else's dogs and all the other dogs like, she aggresses towards even after seeing him many times. I don't like him either so maybe that's what she is picking up (he is creepy to me).

I just reread "He Just Wants to Say Hi" again and found that the well respected trainer/behaviorist said her old German Shepherd's personal space in public was 2-3 feet. Good luck trying to get a but sniff from that distance.

I happen to think that her dogs were in the wrong when they ran up and swarmed the sheltie. She makes a lot of excuses for her dogs behavior and then state all the sheltie came out with was an injury that needed stitches.

Most of the other things I agree with her.

Cool!

Well, there are exceptions to everything.
