Are any of familiar with "Lamby Dogs" and what are they? Someone said it is a Yorkshire Terrier hybrid with some rare breed but I cannot recall the name. I know they are supposed to be very soft and have long, droopy ears and they do not shed.

The Bedlington Terrier looks like a lamb...is that the one you're thinking of?

I met people with "Lamby/Lambey Dogs" who said it was a Yorkie/Bedlington.

I think they are always black and tan/beige at least these were. Really soft and sweet but real protective to! They told me the dogs are known for devotion to family.

I met a Lamby dog today! Ohhhh, soooo sweet! I forgot to ask what cross it was! The lady was taking it in for a spring shave, but it was so furry and soft! I'm in love!!

I was a black and beige. Looked sort of like a ten lb sheepdog.

Bedlington Terriers are quite a bit bigger than Yorkies. How on Earth would they mate them? Is this an AI thing?

I could be totally wrong but I heard lakeland terriers are not the friendliest breed? I of course don't believe EVERYTHING I'm told so someone educate me. I think they are gorgeous!

We've got a client at work who has one and I've never seen any aggressive issues with her.

Thanks but no. More like a Yorkie/Polish Lowland Sheepdog.

But, small...I could pick it up and hold it like a baby. I think she said it was 9 1/2 lbs.
