There does seem to be an awful lot of recalls in the past week or so.
I can't see going back to processed kibble ever again. Too many recalls, and my dog has always had digestive issues on the various kibbles anyway. So I've started blending homemade in with my dog's human-grade (Honest Kitchen) food. Made a batch last night to blend in with the HK, consisting of ground beef, chicken breast, some smelts, and sweet potato (all cooked). I also add a powdered probiotic and some raw carrot as a treat. May start adding some eggshell for calcium too. So far, he loves it.
