Not to mention that a reasonable turkey meal with a slice of turkey, a vegetable and maybe a green salad won't make you sleepy. The thanksgiving turkey dinner is accompanied by an additional 10,000 calories of starch and sugar to aid in the drowzy-making.
My dogs don't get stuffing, mashed potatoes, dinner roll, marshmallow brown sugar yams, and a slice of pumpkin pie with their turkey.
never ever give your dogs turkey it has a chemical in it that makes them sluggish and why do you think a lot of folks fall asleep after eating it ? because it is the same chemical . don't believe me ? do your research and look it up .
In all fairness, that would be a selling point TO feed my dogs turkey.
